As the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County has grown, we’ve developed an important role as a leader. We do more than simply collect and disperse funding: We  identify shared issues and concerns within our community, we convene groups to facilitate dialog about those issues, and—once we’ve gathered as much data as we can and listened to as many voices as possible—we propose solutions.
