Bend students from St. Joseph County, Indiana or adjacent Indiana
counties. Applicants must pursue a baccalaureate degree, demonstrate
financial need. |

Applicants must exhibit a firm commitment
to achieving a degree, and rank below the top 10 percent of their
graduating high school class. |

Up to 100 % of tuition, books and
supplies, childcare at IUSB, and parking. |

the scholarship selection committee, based on student need and
available resources. |
